Is it correct that odoo can show negative quants? May be this could be imposible.

The short answer is no. By default, when you try to set a negative quant in Odoo 9, you will get an alert similar to
Though you could theoretically add the ability to have negative quants through a custom module if that's what you want.
For items that are supposed to have an infinite amount (global discount or shipping fees for example), I find that setting them as a service works quite nicely
