i am trying odoo on my windows11 and while starting to add some records to test it i got the following error
The operation cannot be completed:
- Create/update: a mandatory field is not set.
- Delete: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.
Model: Journal Entry (account.move), Field: Journal (journal_id)
"i was trying to add an expense and when i press create payment this error appear "
Hello Osama Ahmed,
The warning you are getting because of no "Bank Journal" define at the time of paying an expense.
When you "Post Journal Entries" from Expense at that time an Invoice(i.e account.move) is generated and journal_id is mandatory field in "account.move" object. So in the Object "hr.expense.sheet" you need to make sure to select Journal in the field "Bank Journal".
