I have read the doc https://www.odoo.com/documentation/8.0/reference/cmdline.html
It says multiprocessing mode is only available on Unix-based systems.
Why multiprocessing mode is not available in windows?

Honestly, nobody should be running OpenERP/Odoo in Windows. Even putting Odoo in a Linux VM on a Windows machine connecting to a postgres server on Windows is a superior solution.
