Is there a way to specify in what work area a MO should take place?

We are an agriculture company, producing crops (e.g. corn) in fields (work areas with different sizes and therefore "capacity") following a technical itinerary (routes - steps like plant, spray, fertilize, harvest, dry, etc., consuming inputs, labor, etc.)

Come the time, I would like to be able to initiate corn production in field 1, for an expected theoretical production, then in field 2, then in field x, and track all this over time, including WIP.

Is there any way to choose in which field (work area) I want to start the production of that same "corn" product at a given time?

Otherwise, think of it as a Brewery company having several production lines of different capacities.
