Is there a way to print the total in the receipt in two currencies? For Switzerland I would need to use the POS in CHF but the total should be shown in EUR, too. The change amount, if the customer decides to pay in EUR, should be in CHF.

pos-multicurrency-payment-odoo could lead you in the correct direction. As this module is fixed on USD, you have to change the code a little bit. What you print on the slip is then again configuration.
