Hi There!

Does Odoo support MULTI CURRENCY for Singapore, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, India, Brussels, UK, Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa for a global implementation in accounting, payroll, and reporting transactions

Odoo does support multi-currency. Multi-currency features are not restricted to particular countries. Please read the documentation https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/10.0/accounting/others/multicurrencies/how_it_works.html
