Multi company odoo 15

Question

-how to enable Multi-Company feature in odoo 15 community?
-Is it necessary to add a special user for each company?

there are no multi-company, there are only companies.

Go to *Settings*. Search for "Multi-Company" and enable the checkbox.  For users,  adding a special user for each company is unnecessary . You can assign a single user to multiple companies by configuring their access rights under the *Users* section
