Multi-Companies in Warehouse to move products to different companies

Question

I have created multi-companies in Base Company is parent and Company 1, Company 2 and Company 3 are child for Base Company.
I have created a product called Laptop and quantity will be 100 laptops, these 100 laptop will be in base company. I need to move internally 10 laptops to Company 1, 10 to Company 2 and 10 to company 3.
And remaining 70 should show in Base Company.
For this i used 'Internal Move' to move products internal to all other companies it didn't work.
How to do this? Which Module s

first you should activate the multi warehouse feature
second you make the internal transfer and dont forget to set the destination location correctly
