hi,
how can i install a new module in odoo. i tried to install a birthday notification but this error always display "Error while importing module 'birth_day_notification': ''" what should i do. Thanks.

Hi Sophia,
I just installed the same module from Odoo apps, And it get installed properly for me. You getting the error while trying to install right ? If so please cancel the install, and try to install some other module, and check whether you getting same error or not

Make sure that new module birthday notification is in uninstalled stage ?
Hi, so you just downloaded the module from apps, extract the module and paste it in the addons path right ? can you send the link from which you downloaded the module
ok i checked with the same module and i have no probs, can you try to install it in the fresh db ?
