Hi I am new to Odoo and looking for a platform to manage applicants, cv's and matching jobs from te perspective of a recruitment agency (like Monster or StepStone). I understand that the Recruitment module is designed from the perspective of a company that needs to track its own jobs and new hires. Is it possible to modify Odoo Recruitment in such a way that applicants and cv's and jobs for are tracked for different employees, so it can be used as a middle man?

Hi,
A simple solution will be assigning each recruiter one user and let them create job openings. And a simple customization to limit number of openings a user can create(if needed).
This may possible, but see it takes too much customisation.
Like, you have to create recruitment portal where recruiters create opening on your portal. Then rest of process same. May be you have to add advance search mechanism.
