Can I modify the databse in the odoo community version?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

Hi,
It will be nice if you specify what type of modification you are looking. You can add new tables/models, delete fields from existing tables, add new fields to tables, add constrains to table, delete records in table, create records in table, you can perform all the operations.
If you are looking for something, please let me know.
Thanks
Thanks
I'm also interested in topic with database. I saw on the videos that the choice of themes to your website might be bigger.
What I've seen are just 25 default themes for website. So, is there any possibility to upload some another theme for a website?
And, if possible, how can I upload this database from my computer? It seemed I looked everywhere, but the interface in odoo is configured strange: as an example - after I logged in, I can still see apps, tour....ect. as I'm still not logged in. Well, may be I'm not used to, but its uncomfortable. Also, navigating in odoo is complicated for me now. Is there any complete guide on how to navigate here as I want? Or there are some special issues for users who try community version and navigation for paid users is much better?
All the users wont be able to see the apps menu and all cannot install the apps. Only those who have particular access rights can be install the new modules or uninstall the modules. Regarding the themes, the odoo is flexible as per the need and you can add more themes to it, as per you need, ypu can download from odoo apps or build your own
