I want to support a modified Consignment workflow where IF we sell the item, we purchase it from the Vendor. 

We also need to handle returns of these kinds of items.

Think of this as we own the item for a mere second right before selling it, and for a mere second if the Customer returns it, and at all other times it belongs to the consignor.

We are being sent asset by another company and we don't want to own them until we have a Customer interested in buying them.

We take a 30% split of any revenue generated.
