I cannot find mobile field in version 18.3 for customer & contact.

Hi,
In Odoo 18.3, the mobile number field is situated just below the contact name.
If the issue persists, then check the invisible condition from the view.

That's the phone number! The mobile number has been removed in 18.3 (as per Christoph's comment)
