I'm trying to migrate from Ciel Gestion Commerciale V19 to Odoo 9.0
Is there any solution please?
Someone can help?
I can export data in Xls, txt, xml files..

You will be able to import your Ciel data using a csv file format!
The relation between the fields of the 2 systems is made BY YOU MANUALLY.
You need to know the field names for Odoo ; to do this, you can export a sample of demo accounting entries from a demo database.
Then on your Ciel export you rename the ciel fields names with the appropriate Odoo names from Odoo.
once done, you can import into Odoo.
Obviously your Odoo accounting module must be installed and properly setup (currency, chart of accounts, journals, accounting periods etc...)

Thanks for the answer, but hiw can I do as the fields aren't the same and I don't know how the relations are done ..!

This is a very complicated task. Migrations from one ERP system to another are usually very costly and you should think about another way. I recommend to migrate the core entities only (products, customers, vendors) and do the migration at the time of the fiscal year change.
