Does anyone know how complex this would be? As we grow and add users the cost is adding up and I don't feel that the support from Odoo that I am paying for is worth it.
I'd rather put money into custom development and a la carte support.
Thanks
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

Hi Kyle,
The downgrading from an enterprise to a community version on itself shouldn't be a real problem. You'd have to remote the enterprise apps (and link to the folders in /etc/odoo-server.conf) and you would need to do a full reload of the database.
One thing you really have to think about is that you will lose all the data that is in your Enterprise version though. Quite some modules and features are not available in the community version either so it is probably best to compare both versions in detail and check that you'd still have all options in the community version.
If you can manage without the enterprise version and with losing the data from the enterprise apps it shouldn't be a problem.
Regards,
Yenthe
it is based on what are the addons from 'enterprise' you have installed.
