We use a micr check printer and print checks with blank stock. Can odoo check printing do this?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

My understanding is that an MICR printer uses regular sized (8.5" x 11") stock and magnetic ink to print checks more securely.
Although I have not personally tested check printing from Odoo to MICR printers, it should 'just work'.
For the United States, Odoo supports by default the check formats of:
- Quickbooks & Quicken: check at the top, stubs in the middle and at the bottom.
- Peachtree: check in the middle, stubs on top and at the bottom.
- ADP: check on the bottom, and stubs in the middle and on the top.
Review https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/11.0/accounting/payables/pay/check.html to see where you can tell Odoo to not print the check number on the stock. (Manually Numbering UNCHECKED).
See https://www.odoo.com/fr_FR/forum/aide-1/question/how-to-add-custom-fonts-to-qweb-reports-88923 for how to add a Custom Font that can be used in QWeb reports.
Can you tell me if check printing is available on Odoo 11 CE? I can not seem to find it even after enabling all accounting features.

The only thing I think that needs to be added is a font for the micr code to be printed. Is it easy to add a font?
