For now easiest way to obtain this is to set in user preferences Receive messages by e-mail to: Incoming Emails and discussions, then set up e-mail account on this mobile device.

When you set 'Receive messages by e-mail' to 'Incoming Emails and discussions', OpenERP will send you an e-mail every time you get one - when you configure your e-mail account on mobile phone, you will get those directly there, including all the data.
