Hi Khateeb,
For the community version, there is no limit for any record. That means you can create any number of employees you want, there is no limit on database size.
The main difference between community and enterprise is in Modules/Features. Enterprise being paid licensed version has more additional features and modules by default, For Eg version 10 enterprise have additional modules like ‘Help desk ’, ‘Odoo studio’, ‘PLM’, ‘Quality Management’. Other differences are in Support, Bugfixes, Upgrades, HostingOptions, and Pricing.
In community version you want any additional feature or module, you can develop it, that's it.
