Hi,

We are trying to use the Event Marketing Module in Odoo v8  and my userid has been given the access "Events - Manager".

However, whenever I try to create a event, there is always an error shown 

"The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.\n\n(Document type: res.partner, Operation: read) "

Would anyone happen to know what could be the issue?
