Manufacturing picking transfer is not being created automatically after enabling two step manufacturing and MTO

I have enabled the *two‑step manufacturing* process and configured the *Make to Order (MTO)* route. While creating a Sales Order, both the *Delivery Order* and *Manufacturing Order* are generated successfully. However, the *picking transfer* is not being created automatically.
Kindly advise on how we can automate the creation of the picking transfer.

I hope you are doing well
The *picking transfer is created when the Manufacturing Order (MO) is confirmed,* not when the Sales Order is created.
*Quick Fix:*  *Confirm the Manufacturing Order* → The pick components transfer will be generated automatically  If still not working, check:  - *Warehouse settings:* Manufacturing set to "2 steps (Pick + Manufacture)"  - *Product routes:* Both "MTO" and "Manufacture" enabled on the product  - *BoM exists* with components defi
