I am contacting you here because we have a problem with a function that seems to be no longer available in Odoo 15, but which we urgently need.
We need to be able to add finished products to the warehouse in a running manufacturing order, so that they are available to the system before the finishing of the complete manufacturing order. There was once the possibility to do this with the function "Post Inventory" in earlier versions and to trigger stock postings! How is this process thought in Odoo 15?
How does Odoo envision this use case and what is the process for this ?

You press Mark As Done, and a backorder for remaining qty is created.
thx for you Comment, but this is not a practicable way in a manufacturing area :-(
could you please explain why you want the finished goods in stock before completing manufacturing?
