To make "Final Location" and "Picked" columns visible by default for all users in Odoo 19.0+e Enterprise Edition, activate Developer Mode, then navigate to the "Operations" tab within any transfer in the Inventory module. Open Odoo Studio from the top right, locate the list view for the operations, and either drag and drop the "Final Location" and "Picked" fields into the view or, if they are already present but hidden, adjust their properties to "Always Visible." Odoo Studio automatically saves these changes, applying them to all users without requiring custom modules.

Studio: Open the list view → Studio → click the hidden column → set optional = show → Save.
