Hi Odoo Team,

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of support and quality control on the Odoo App Store.

I recently purchased a plugin from your official marketplace, expecting it to be reliable. Unfortunately, the reality is far from that. It’s clear that most of the plugins sold on your platform are not properly vetted. After installation, I encountered numerous bugs and critical issues that make the plugin barely usable.

Even worse, the button that supposedly allows users to request Odoo’s intervention doesn’t seem to work at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck with a broken plugin, no response from the author, and no functioning support mechanism from Odoo itself.

How am I supposed to resolve this? And more importantly—why is Odoo allowing third-party developers to damage its reputation like this? By not enforcing stricter quality control or ensuring responsive support, you’re letting the overall experience suffer.

Please let me know how I can proceed with this issue. I genuinely want to continue using Odoo, but right now, the experience is deeply disappointing.
