I'm using Maintanace addon and I've created maintanace request for testing and assigned it to a specyfic company and a service team. But no one can see it. Not employees of that company as well as people in the service team. Why is that? How do I make request accessible to the people from Company A and the Service Team A?

If I give them an Equipment Manager group they can see request for that Company A, but then they can change too much things - like add another maintanace teams or change request stage. I don't want that.



So basicly I would like to have people from external company access our Odoo and make maintanance requests themselfs. They should see all other requests as well as equpment categories etc. Then, service team from my company (designated to handle request from that other company) should have access to view and handle those requests.

I think I have found solution. I've turned off this two rules:


And now all people assigned to specyfic company can see all request as well as equipment - without manually adding them as followers to every signle one.

It feels like a hack and I'm not sure if this the proper way to archive this.
