Hi everyone, 

we are still using Odoo version 9 (yes, you have heard right ;) ) and have installed the app "Low stock notification". We have followed all the instructions: We have set multi companies to "true", set low stock notification to true, then product quantity check to "individual" and linked a certain user to get notified. We also have defined minimum quantities for each product, so that we should get notified, when the stock falls under this level. We also scheduled the action "Product low stock notify" under "Settings".But somehow we still do not receive any e-mail for notification, although the minimum quantity has been reached for several products. Does someone have an idea, what could be the problem? Are there maybe specific user settings required in order to receive the e-mails via Odoo?
