All print out No company logo print but all data fine only not show the logo of company, iam using odoo 16 community


Can any one help on this

Try with this -> wkhtmltopdf 0.12.5

Hello Tamer Essa,

First of all try to print out Sale Order or any base modules report and check weather logo is printed properly in that report. Please check your wkhtmltopdf version. 

Are you using odoo base header format? Have you done any customizations?

Hi, 

Make sure that you have added logo in document layout in general settings

for this go to General Settings-> Search for document layout, you will see this option


Once you clicked configure document layout, this will open below view



Here in this image field you can configure image, which you need to display in report

Hi I do have same challenge. the logo and address is displaying when you go to document layout. once you use the preview document to see if actually it now works those two details won't be on the pdf file. done everything and not sure why this happens.

Hi 

Please make sure the logo is updated in the company settings, and in the correct size. Did you have any customizations in the report template? if it has, Tries using the default report template and see if the logo prints out.
