I am using the odoo11 community. When customers receiving an email the logo does not appear. It's showing a broken image. Not only for the custom emails even for the odoo default email also. I have tried with static, cloud, and dynamic images but facing the same issue. I have tried many solutions available on Google!
any idea how to fix?
Hi,
Do you have more than 1 database installed on your server? If yes, please filter your database by adding dbfilter parameter in your Odoo configuration file.
e.g.:
dbfilter = ^my_db$
