I am trying to configure batch pickings on V15 and I was wandering if there was a way to configure the order in which batch pickings are done. Is it for example possible to adjust walking times between locations in warehouses, can they be ranked somehow to create a standard walking route or is there another way?

Batch picking allows a single picker to handle a batch of orders, reducing the number of times he must visit the same location. In Odoo, it means you can regroup several transfers into the same batch transfer, then process it, either via the barcode application or in the form view.

Please go through this https://www.odoo.com/documentation/15.0/applications/inventory_and_mrp/inventory/management/misc/batch_transfers.html

Thanks for the answer! Do you know what logic is followed in creating this transfers? Is it just the orders in which they are listed in the database (ID order) or can we alter this order?

The logic is simple that, under the inventory operation, we can simply determine the batch transfer responsible and the type of transfers you want to include in the batch. Odoo clearly saying the whole process of batch picking/transfer on the documentation.
