In Odoo 19, once a tax return is submitted, it is typically locked and cannot be reopened directly.

However, you have two possible approaches:

• If you have the required access rights, you can remove or adjust the tax lock date and then reset the related journal entry to draft to make corrections.
• Alternatively (and commonly recommended), you can post an adjustment in the next tax period to correct the mistake.

The best approach depends on whether the return has already been officially filed with authorities.
