i have installed the im_livechat in odoo 12CE

- it works as "button" on the webpage.

- sessions from visitor and operator can be seen under livechat / sessions

but

- the visitor can not see his written text in the chatbox?!

- the visitor can not see the operator answer text in the chatbox?

- no discussion popup within odoo when a visitor is calling.

when i test the external link widget link: ...im_livechat/support/1  a nice page comes up showing the channel title and "Website Live Chat Powered by Odoo." but nothing can be done.

I am using nginx, but did check everything, and do not know where i could check more to find the error. I am using FF and MS edge/Chrome for testing.
