Hi,

In Odoo 17, list view export cannot be scheduled. Export is only a manual UI feature.

To send the list of Purchase Orders not fully approved by email every day, you must use a Scheduled Action (Automated Action):

  1. Define the required records using a domain (POs pending approval)

  2. Create a Scheduled Action to run daily

  3. Generate the report (CSV or PDF) from the records

  4. Send it using an Email Template

This is the standard and supported Odoo approach.

Direct scheduling of list view exports is not supported.
