I sell products on the Ecommerce platform. I want to automate the sending of an email (customized for each product) that the customer receives when they purchase a product and once the payment is confirmed. I've been told that this can be done using Marketing Automation, but I don't quite understand it. Can you please help me?
On the product page, Accounting tab it is possible to link email template specific to a product that would be email at invoice creation.
