I would like to create a document (report for instance) during a meeting scheduled in the calendar. Since the meeting is linked to contacts and team members, I would like to link this document to the contact who attended the meeting and also to the scheduled meeting in the calendar. How could I do this ?

I don't know if there is a perfect solution for your case but if you have a meeting/event in your calendar and access it through the list view (it doesn't give the options from the calendar view for some reason) then it has options to attach documents, log notes, and send messages to those who were invited. You can also access the meeting/event and the reports you attach by going to any of the contacts who attended and click their meetings icon along the top row.
