Hello,

I'm working in multi-company enviroment. I configured the Incoming mail servers to create new leads.

sales@company_a.com

sales@company_b.com

The problem is that the created leads are not defined by company because the company_id field is null and all companies can access to see all leads.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks.

Hello Efren,

You can do one thing. You can add the email alias in your sales team related to incoming mail server. After that you can do one thing assign sales team to related company.

Thanks,

The domain is unique for all companies and is configured in General Settings.

Note: my configuration is self-hosted.

Yes, you would need the sales team to be liked to company and alias

I'm on v16, I am not able to activate the domains dropdown action as shown in the screenshot. Where is the second domain configured?

Domains are configured from general settings. The screenshot is from V17, where it is possible to have multiple domains I believe in 16 it isn’t available as default.
I would do as @ Manish Bohra suggests. Have 1 domain with alias mapped to a sales team. For the other company leads that are created from incoming emails, have an automated action to update company and or sales team

On the sales team it is possible to define the email alias and company.

CRM > Configuration > Sales Teams
