Hi Guys


I seems to loose the contact details when a lead with company and contact information is converted to an opportunity.


I get the option to create a new customer, but what's in the contact field is ignored apparently.

Is there a workflow to make sure that all data from the lead is converted into the CRM?

You don't specify which details you are losing, or which version you are using.


In version 15:

Generated this Customer (when selecting "Create a new Customer" on the Convert Wizard):


Check customizations or third-party Apps if this isn't working for you - there was no loss of information for me.  I checked Support tickets and I can find nothing related.

Hi Ray.

I have been digging a little deeper and found that the company name in the lead was already the customer. 

Changed it all back and now things are working a it should!
