I'm evaluating Odoo 8 on a Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to make sure it fits my companies needs.

At this point I'm trying to find a way to calculate an annual Salary Rule.

The struggle is that an Employee may have many contracts, but the rule must apply only for the active contract. Every contract anniversary, there should be 1% over contract.wage addicional that must be shown separately on the payslip. So for the second year, that should be 2% addicional over contract.wage, and so on.

Dispite all my efforts, I just can't find a way to get that latest start date for the active contract. Would you please help me?
