l have subscribed for odoo 16 for the full year but now its saying expired and l have only used it for a3 months only

Recently many users facing this issues, it seems there is some issues in odoo.com after recent updates, report the incident to the odoo support and the issue will be resolved

Hi,

As per the new pricing plan, all apps are free. so only reason for the expiry is extra usage of users. Please check did you exceed the maximum limit of users. in case you exceed, archive it and reject the invoice created for new users. Then the expiry message will disappear. If that is not the case, contact Odoo directly.
