OK. It is although activated. But, in Invoicing/Accounting/Account entries/Journal items, there is no "Create" button, isn't it?
I notice that if I modify view list of this action, I can change '<tree string="Journal Items" create="false">' by '<tree string="Journal Items" create="false">'.
But when I create new line, it opens a form view to record the journal items.
And it's very less ergonomic than in 7.0 version.
Starting with Odoo 9.0 accounting has been massively redesigned, so please make yourself familiar with the documentation first.
