I just installed ODOO community version.

Everything seems okay, but I cannot install app. When I attempted to install EMPLOYEE APP I got the following error. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you so much for your advise. I have corrected my mistake. I tried to use postgre 10 with the latest ODOO. That was the source of my trouble. Thanks for correcting me. Cheers.

Hi,

You have to use PostgreSQL 12 or above for Odoo version 16. Seems you are using postgres version less than 12 and thus you are receiving this error.

Odoo 16 Installation

Thanks
