I'm using the cloud version that Odoo hosts...

I have a single-person consulting entity and have accumulated some retained earnings into the business checking account.

I want to make a dividend to myself.  I created a journal entry with a basic:

Debit

Credit

Dividends

$X

Checking Account

$X

This seems fine.

But when I try to reconcile my checking account it doesn't give me any journal entries as options to reconcile against.  It is only showing me my invoices as options to reconcile against.

Am I missing something?

Will that will invalidate my free subscription that allows only ONE app which is currently my accounting app.

Maybe modules are OK, but, I can't find that module anyway.  Is it available in the cloud enterprise version?

This is a "FREE" App so it won't affect your subscription. Clear the search filter if it shows APPS and type "Sales & Purchase Receipts" to find it - exactly as I have shown in the screenshot.

I see this is now installed on the flynn-consulting-llc database. You can navigate now to Accounting --> Vendors --> Receipts.

A Purchase Receipt is used when you want to cut a check without going through AP accounts.

You need to enable this functionality by installing an addition App (this won't increase your subscription):
