I would like to know is there Requisitions in the Purchase module ?

not Requisitions for quotation , but Purchasing Requisitions, 

that is something like application and someone should get an approval before purchasing department putting an order to the vendor

put this download file into your addons folder and update apps...

it will show your apps then you install it....
