I know how to track labor on MOs/WOs during the actual production of the item.
But what about when you are picking the parts for that work order?

I have setup a general workcenter called "Picking WC" and added that to the routing. This will enable us to get the time/labor used for picking parts in the process.

For picking time perhaps you can register as Block reason = Set up time on the work order ? There should also be possible to extend the block reasons to be even more specific.
But on the transfer, I don't think there are any possibilities.
