Will there be a time where the data entered in Odoo will be too big already that we will be required to move from using Odoo SaaS to Odoo.sh? Is there such a thing as response time issues once the data entered is already too big for Odoo SaaS to handle?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi Chris,
For Odoo Online deployments, please be aware that "accounts exceeding 100 GB of storage may be reviewed to maintain optimal performance for all users. Customers may be asked to migrate to Odoo.SH for a metered storage solution or to reduce their usage by compressing or removing excess data."
From https://www.odoo.com/acceptable-use
Odoo sh provides more storage capacity.
It is good practice to regularly monitor your instance's resource usage and optimize your database by removing unnecessary data, using server-side caching, and leveraging Odoo's built-in tools for performance optimization in order to avoid performance issues.
Thanks
Hi Savya,
I'm asking if there is a maximum data storage limit for clients that used Odoo Online Enterprise edition (v15) instead of Odoo.sh. I can't seem to find any documentation about this.
Odoo Online (Saas) has no limit on data storage.
