There is no Survey app presented in the Odoo's App price list, So i would like to know whether this app is free of cost or we need to procure the same ?

Hi,
Though the survey module might not be present in odoo price list, you need to also check the dependencies of the app.
Survey module depends on website module which is chargeable. It is one of the dependencies and there could be others. So, check out all the dependencies to derive the pricing.
