Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Odoo app?
It's opens, goes through the load bar, and gets stuck at a white screen. I tried on multiple scanners and phones. Working fine on a computer or laptop.

Hi Guys, we did have the exact same problem with some Honeywell PDA. We solved by updating all the apps in the PDA, We figure that it may lack of some up today javascript versión. Because the app did not work and the browser did not work.
After the full apps update it is working very well.

Am not sure whether it is down or not, but there was a bug report today, regarding the issue with mobile app, see: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues/113142

Same problem, it seems to be a problem with the mobile version both from the app (which is basically just a browser) and from the mobile browser

I got same response from Odoo Tech Support:
"The reason that you are not able to log into your Odoo mobile app (showing a white screen) is because of a syntax-based bug that we are aware of.
This bug disrupts usage when accessing Odoo through Chrome mobile browser and the Android mobile app.
As a solution, for the time being, could I please ask you to access your Odoo mobile app using Firefox mobile browser?"
I've tried it, and it does work using Firefox browser on mobile device!

It's working for me. Version 15 Enterprise.
I reached out to the help desk and they are aware of the issue. The temporary workaround would be to use Odoo via Firebox. Please see below for their response:
