Is odoo is completely free to use, if we are using self host method?

Hope you all doing great!
Recently we came to know about this open-source tool, we are in need of the following ( Odoo Enterprise) Timesheet, Approval, Employee, Appraisal, Project, Time off, attendance, etc.

We need to customise based on our requirement, can we use it for free or do we need to pay ?

can anyone clarify this?

If you are planning to use Odoo Enterprise for Timesheet, Approval, Employee, Appraisal, Project, Time off, attendance, etc. then you have to pay based on Number Of Users and Number Of App.
You can check your pricing by select Users, Apps and Hosting Providers,

Once you will purchase Enterprise Subscription, It can be customize based on your specific requirements.
