I was thinking of implementing Odoo Documents to manage documents in NGO School ...its closed or open-sourced? I can find any link which says so

It's not free, it's priced there (https://www.odoo.com/pricing)
However if you plan to use the document app alone so you can benefit from unlimited free usage.
This isn't quite correct - Odoo charges for almost all the apps if you use Odoo Enterprise. That doesn't mean the app is only available in Enterprise. For example, there is a price for the Sales app, and that is available for free in Community.
:-( why can odoo write it on website clearly if community or enterprise eddition
