Is it possible to sent 40000 email from odoo by outlook .I am planning to sent email by mass mailing module.
If yes what are the system configuration .
I am trying to install odoo in a local machine and senting email from there only not using any remote or vps
You first need an SMTP server which allows you to send so many emails. You should also take care of the proper measures to not qualify as spam (DKIM, SPF, DMARC). Using a common Odoo instance with no special performance measures you can send 2-3 emails per second, even if you only send 1 per second this results in 86400 emails per day.
Is Microsoft outlook is okay?
As far as I know, Outlook is an email client and not an SMTP server.
