A simple answer: yes it is possible. You would need to use the O365 API's (probably REST) to interact from Odoo with O365. There are quite some Python libraries and documentation available but most do not go very deep, so you'll probably need to choose an existing library, import it in Odoo and extend it with the functionalities you need.
