So yeah the title is basically my question. is it legal to learn from Enterprise addon to make our own addon with the same function as the enterprise addon. like example i study the codes then make my own codes with the same function.

You are in danger if you "study the code". You don't need to study the code in order to develop similar features and functionality.
Until you are not copy-pasting code parts and you are really just using enterprise to "learn" and after that you write your own code you should be safe.
